The right ear seems evil as shit, more evil than the left. The upper right corner seems to be helpful sometimes but this is not definitive at all so be careful and notice the differences for yourself but NEVER FULLY TRUST ANY OF THEM.
Just about the entire point of Job was to demonstrate what a spirit attack looked like. It has very little if anything to do with anything else.

If you do the math on every single person experiencing these things, the sum of them are a hell of a lot larger than what statistics are showing. That is just the peope who are actually reporting this to an authority who keeps track. All of this is spiritual in nature. Entities beyond our world are communicating with people and driving them nuts. People can believe it or not believe but flat out this is what is happening.
